Can eligibility criteria of neet of 50% in pcb change in 2019?I have only 52% in 12th and I am very worried.

Eligibility criteria for 2019 wont change in terms of minimum aggregate marks.
For eligibility students must hav eminimum 50%aggregate marks in PCB in General category.
Hence you are eligible if and only if you have 50%aggregate marks and above in PCB in 12th.
