I presume you're enquiring about Junior Research Fellowship, in order to be eligible for the same you need to pass master's degree in the relevant subject with 55% from the recognized university, in case of reserved categories there is relaxation of 5%, you need to appear for CSIR NET as it's conducted for science stream subjects such as earth science, mathematical science, physical science, life science, chemical science.
