You did not mention your category in the question so considering you as general category candidate, it is difficult to get mbbs seat in government colleges at 161 marks in neet. You can try out other courses or private medical colleges.

I'm afraid at 161 marks in NEET 2021 you won't be able to get a government medical college also you won't be able to get government medical college for BAMS or BHMS as to get these also a minimum score of 200 is required .
However there is a chance that you will able to get private medical colleges as you will clear the cutoff which was 50th percentile or 133 marks
