yes you may again appear in jee main exam , if you completed the 12th course from nios, students from nios board are eligible to participate in all india level competitive exams like jee main. this year there is no age limit to apply for jee main. so if it remains same in next year then you can certainly appear in jee main exam.

jee main exam can be attempted three time consecutively starting from the year of passing of 12th course.
