                   AIIMS is a private institute and NEET is a national level government exam. Both their domains of control are different. You can very well feel free to apply and appear for both the counselling processes simultaneously. All the best!!

Now is a very vital question and requires quite precision in decision making.
You can absolutely apply in the Counselling of both NEET as well as AIIMS but you need to be cautious about your selection because you can submit your documents only at one college.
Now this again clashes amongst the dates of State Counselling and AIIMS Counselling too.
If you are totally assured of getting a seat in one, only then take chances of applying for both.
Don't make a wild guess of getting a seat in AIIMS if you haven't yet secured one through State Quota.
Doing such might lead to an outcome in which you might miss out on your admission to alloted college through State Quota and on the other hand, you might not even get one through AIIMS. So make your choice wisely.
