Yes you can apply for both at the same time.
There is no limit on the maximum no. Of counselling for any course as far it does not exceeds your inconvenience.
Because at the end you have to choose only one of them, so make sure you analyse all the options in your hands wisely and choose the best option available for you from that.

Mam actually, I will be applying for the same college through both of them.......so can I attend the counseling for both??
