If your question is about IEC University, Solan then sorry to say but IEC University doesn't allow distance learning program.

They are working on this facilities right now  . There are few other colleges in Himachal pradesh which provide ba distance learning. Those are:-

1. Shree Guru gobind Singh Ji government college
2. International Centre for distance education and open learning
3. HPU
