It seems from your profile that you belong to Gujarat, hence I believe you're enquiring for Gujarat Public Service Commission, yes you can appear for GPSC with your BCA degree, the reason being its eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University, you need to attain 20 years age to appear for this exam, upper age limit is 35 years, relaxation is provided to reserved categories,  exam is conducted in three stages namely prelims ,mains and interview for class 1 and class 2 posts.
