Hello aspirant,
Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 540 marks to get into a government medical college in Karnataka via all India quota counselling.
And that you are mentioning you belong to andhra pradesh you might have a domicile certificate of andhra pradesh that means you are not eligible for state quota in Karnataka. Are there any additional reservations you have?

For obc category students also there isn't much relaxation in all India counselling. It is about 520-530.
