Hello Alpana

If EWS option is available then please go for it but condition is that you must be eligible for EWS certificate (if you have not applied till now).

If you have not applied for EWS certificate then please apply for it but please check all the qualifications for the eligibility.

But if certificate issue date between the UGC NET Application procedure to Exam date, so there is no problem ?
