No, you cannot change your centre in JEE main examination. One doesn't even get to choose their centres in JEE main examination. The JEE main instruction guidelines clearly state that the centre will not be changed for your convinience.

Don't worry about that, you can correct your information in JEE Mains application from 8th October 2018 to 14th October 2018. So, relax and and give your best in the exam.
