I don't understand how will you change that, it is already been added as an information in your JEE Mains result and if you were a general there, there is no way you can change that. Counselling procedure just verifies these things nothing else.

Yeah, there is a possibility to change your category but you have submit the original certificate of OBC-NCL caste certificate at the time of document verification.
