can i change my preferences after second selection list of maharashtra

Hello,
Choice filling of the colleges is only done once before the round 1 and hence you will not be able to change your college preference in the second round of maharashtra counselling or even in the mop up round.So the college preference will remain the same throughout and cant be changed.
