can I confirmly get seats in any three of the colleges which I select in anna university counseling?

As different colleges have different cut-offs as it depends upon many factors like number of students appeared, difficulty level of question paper, availability of seats and so on. Similarly in counselling process of Anna University you have to choose the different colleges according to your preferences.
You will be alloted the college which satisfies your marks scored in respective exam.
