Dear Siddhartha ,
Yes , you can pursue BA after class 12th even if you are fail in one subject out of 6. All you need is a pass certificate.

I am from ISC board i have 5 subjects but I passed in four and also have a pass certificate

Not only 12th standard even u passed 10th then u are eligible to join in BA
