The answer to the question is yes. You can pursue both your Bachelors and Bachelors in Design as far as one is a regular course and the other is a open / distance course. But since B. Des is a professional course, it requires a lot of time, energy and effort. Even though focusing on one is more advised (since one of them is a professional course), if you have the confidence, you can definitely pursue both!

You can do. One from regular college and one from open university/distance mode. But in future you can’t produce them both for same purpose.

But the question is why would you do two degree courses. I will suggest you to Do what suits your interest and what gives you satisfaction and adventure.
