According to MHRD new set of Rules and Regulations now from this session i.e. 2020-2021 any student can pursue 2 degree simultaneously. It seems easy for some students but in reality it is very tough. When will have more workload then only you Will be realising your mistakes of pursuing 2 degrees at the Same time. So in my opinion you shouldn't do this mistake else you have no other option but to feel guilt on yourself.
