hello
Anyone who holds a bachelors degree with more than 60% aggregate or with 55% in economic hons is eligible for the course. Most of the universities follow this trend, but there are some exceptions like JNU, it allows the students to apply for masters in economics only if they jold a bachelors degree in economics, maths, physics or statistics with maths or statistics one of the subjects.
Some universities even offers course with mathematics in distance education but demand BA in economics to persue Masters in regular mode.
Hope this helps.
