Yes you can appear for neet examination if you paas your 12th examination with English medium from any recognised board.

But you need to have Phyiscs , chemistry , biology/biotechnology as your core subjects in 12th standard and you must have passing marks in each of them with the total agreegate of more than 50% in these subjects.
