If you mean financial affordability, almost all Government Medical Colleges have lesser fees. But if you are talking in the terms of affording a seat with your score, the best way to check if your score can get you a seat in which all Colleges is to use our College predictor; : https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer Seats are allotted on the basis of merit and preference. So if you select only one College and if the cut offs for that College are more than what you scored, you might miss out on the other options. But because every State Counselling has 2 Rounds, you can select 1 College only for Round 1 but can try few more Colleges for Round 2. But I still will suggest you to opt for as many Colleges as possible during choice filling because if you do not want that allotted seat, you can always resign without any penalty. Whether you are opting for 1 College or 10 during Choice filling, you still have to pay the same Security deposit. In that case, it is better you fill in many choices as there is no upper limit for that.

Thank you for answering my doubt. Yaa ! I should opt. More than one choice but In my state there are only 3 medical colleges out of which 2 has removed the bond system (therefore fee is 4.26 lac per year - unaffordable for me) and the remaining one have the bond system. And if I opt. All the 3 colleges and I got a seat alloted in the college with higher fees and I don't join there. In this case my security fees [ 10,000 Rs ] will not be refunded. Is it true?

Yes. The security deposit will be refunded. If you can give us your State of Eligibility, NEET score and Category details, we can check other possible choices for you.
