If you mean financial affordability, almost all Government Medical Colleges have lesser fees. So if you select only one College and if the cut offs for that College are more than what you scored, you might miss out on the other options. But because every State Counselling has 2 Rounds, you can select 1 College only for Round 1 but can try few more Colleges for Round 2.
