Can I get 10 percent quota of poor my family annual income is 360000 but I am ST

Hi

That 10 % quota for economically backward will be implemented from 1 feb 2019.

Only General category students are eligible for that 10 % quota. 

If the student belongs to general category and his family income is less than 8 lacks and posses less than 5 acres of agricultural land he is eligible for that quota. 

But unfortunately you are not from general category hence you will not get that 10% benefit
