As you will be the one who know how much you have studied. Getting 550 Marks require lot of time, hard work and dedication.
If you will start preparing for neet in Jan then you will have 4 months to prepare as Neet exam will be conducted on may 5 , 2024.
You can do it , make time table , make a list of important topics , if you have strong base in biology subject then more focus on it.
Give time to numerical problems in physics.
Practice and study important topics in physics and chemistry.

NEET 2024 exam is on 5th of May.
The short answer to your question is. Yes scoring five fifty marks in that time period Is possible. But only if you do proper revision consistently study, just then please study for at least 6-8 hours a day Without skipping any days till the day of exam According to me It is difficult But not impossible by hard work he or she Can easily do this.
