Can I get 80% in b.sc biology if study 3 hours daily from scratch and my exam are in 40 day?

The answer to your question to a large extent depends on your foundation, if it's strong enough then you can surely do great, make a routine and accordingly assign number of hours to each subject, go through previous year paper as it helps a lot in knowing the kind of questions that come in exam, and practice through your graduation book or any other reference book you have, if you feel struck in any concept, then make use of YouTube in learning the same, as there are so many experts out there in providing knowledge, sometimes visual medium helps a lot in understanding and remembering concepts. And, yes if possible make notes of important chapters as it will be easy for revision at the last moment.
