Yes , you can gain 95+ percentage and for that you have stay motivated towards your goal and by strictly following the timetable which you have made and follow these steps -

First of all go through the syllabus deeply and check the marking scheme of each chapter then start giving that amount of time only in which you think you can do it and give more time which covers a large marking scheme .

Make a timetable for your each subject dividing equally time to all and little more time to your weaker subject and less time to your stronger subject , but don't forget to give time to your weaker subject .

Give daily quick revision whatever you have studied a day before .

Lastly when there will 1 month left start solving 10 years questions paper to know the difficulty of question paper and mark out those questions which you think it might get repeated and prepare that also .
