Can I get a domicile of up if I have studied there from class 7th to 12th but belongs to bihar? If yes, then how?

domicile certificate is given after complete varification that you are living thera from long year and you are registred by that place officer.this is a commen thing.domicile certificate means you are candidate of that place and living there from long time.
or making domicile of u.p. you need to have a permanent address of u.p.as you are residing at u.p for long time.
