can I get a good government college in 550 marks if I belong to obc category?

So according to the data, on such marks and category you have no chances of getting seat in any government medical colleges in UP under state quota because the closing cut-of usually goes around 600 marks for OBC category, but you can go for some private colleges in UP according to previous year's cut-off.
