You haven't specified the state that you belong to, so if generally considering, the expected cutoff of NEET in 2025 will be around 620+ for General category students.

Yes you will be able to fetch a government medical college if you score 650 out of 720 in NEET 2025 exam.

All the best!

Hello,

Yes, with 650 marks in NEET and being from the General category , you have a very high chance of getting a government medical college under the All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota .

  • All India Quota (15%) – You can get top government medical colleges in many states.

  • State Quota (85%) – You have a very high chance of getting a seat in your home state government medical colleges.

The exact NEET cutoff may vary by state, but 650 is a strong score for MBBS admission in government colleges.

Hope it helps !
