Dear Pratiksha, you havent mentioned your Category. Nevwrthless, 424 is quite a less score. It might get you a seat if you belong to SC/ST Categories of States like West Bemgal, Rajasthan and UP. But it is difficult im States like Delhi. Now you cannot hold a domicile of every State and Private Medical Colleges dont participate in All India Counselling.
