You didn't specified the category, so I am assuming you as a OBC/SC/ST.

According to 2018, the last rank at which the seat has been allocated was AIR 2212 and  category rank 540 for OBC,  AIR 14510 and  category rank 304 for SC at AIIMS Mangalagiri and AIR 24045 and category rank 111 for ST at AIIMS Patna. There might be low/no chances for you as new 6 AIIMS have been introduced and number of seats are increased for each categories.

I am really sorry to tell you that you will not be able to get a seat in AIIMS this year because the seats are very limited being just around 700 in all the 7 AIIMS.

The maximum rank upto which one can expect to get a seat can be around 2000 but not more than that. 

I hope you will work hard next year and will score much better and will get in AIIMS.
