can i get a semi government college with 490 marks obc category if possible the what will be the fee structure

It's tough , but still there are chances to avail.
You can try state counselling to find a government or semi-government or private college in mbbs, but I would suggest you to even try Dental and ayurvedic, so that you get a relief and even Vet.
Fee Structure depends on college and caste and income , and differs accordingly.
