Considering your score of 146 in NEET, it is highly improbable to secure a seat in BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) colleges especially Government colleges, whose cutoffs are considerably higher. However, there are possibilities in private colleges or through management quota (Management Quota). You may only have chances in states with a significantly lower cutoff than what your score could get you.
