    Yes.. You can attempt firstly 11 standand with pcb and then... 12th..

    Its possible

    I guess that won't be possible because every institution has a specified maximum age to take in students . Dropping 4 years would be a huge disadvantage and will make it really hard for you to get any institution admission .
