10 lakh rank is very high. You can't expect anything from jee mains counseling. There are few state gov colleges which accept jee marks but with this rank it is very difficult to get any branch. Few colleges like nanhi pari, gurukil kangri etc are accepting students till 6 lakh rank also but they are very bad colleges .
So I advice you to go for good private college. Visit on careers 360 college predictor site. You will get everything there . All college options available for u
Since you belong to general category, you can't expect any govt Engineering colleges with this rank. With this rank you have not even qualified JEE mains 2019, then how can you expect any govt Engineering colleges with your rank.
