As per the previous year cutoffs You have  good chance of getting medium ranked NITs from general girls qouta, NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Bhopal , NIT Raipur,etc, but you will have to compromise with your branch.
You can get good branches in lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Goa, NIT Durgapur, NITs from North-east,etc.
And some IIITs such as IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT Kota.
