Selection to (engineering) B.Tech. program is based on JEE Mains I or II scores or class 12 percentage score in three specified subjects i.e. maths, physics and chemistry or score in SAT examination conducted by The College Board.

You should pass 10+2 with 60% aggregate marks and Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
And you should be appeared/Qualified in JEE Mains or SAT that means good percentage is not the criteria, you should either appeared in exam (JEE Mains) or if you are qualified, in both the cases they will consider you.
