For getting Adimission in BHMS college atleast 50% of marks are required in any category. Apart from this the cutoff list of 2018 the passing marks for Gerenal category was 131 out of 740 and for other category was 107 out of 740. So if you are asking about 120 marks there are chances to get Adimission in this college.
