Sorry.In Delhi Technological university,Admission to BE/B. Tech courses will be done based on All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Main 2019 Paper-1.Based upon their score and rank in JEE main exam,the candidate will be called for counseling.

No there's no other way apart from jee main to get admission into DTU, you have to score a very good rank in the exam to get your desired branch in the DTU. As DTU is one of the top University for engineering in Delhi it's cutoff is also high
