IGIT is a government college. You have categorical reservation so it will help you to get an admission. it will consider upto 10 lakhs rank for admission for ST category.

for 65 percentile,predicted  rank will be in  near to 3 lakhs. you have good chances to get an admission. it also accepts OJEE for admission into engineering streams.
