Hi Ashutosh!

No JEE MAINS is only the screening test for JEE Advanced, there will be a cutoff mark in JEE MAINS test which would be considered as the qualification to sit in Jee Advanced test. For Admission to IITS,only JEE ADVANCED imprints will be considered. Additionally one should score 75% or be in top 20 percentile in one's relating board test.

Hope this helps.

All the best!

Hi dear hope you are doing well. After qualifying JEE mains you are one step away from it is you have to qualify JEE advanced to get into IIT
. For a general category student the common merit list rank should be below 5000 rank to get good IIT with good branch. Hope this will help you good luck
