If you are seeking admission in BDS course in Jamia Millia Islamia then considering the previous year cutoff, 500+ marks in the NEET exam would be a good score to fetch a seat in Faculty of Dentistry, JMI. As per your score, chances seem to be less.

For getting a seat in Jamia the mentioned score is considered just around the cutoff score. The general cutoff usually stays around 450-460. Also for Muslim quota female candidates the cutoff revolves around 420-430. The cutoff is not certain for every year, it may fluctuate a little bit.
