Though neet in not the only entrance exam to get yourself enrolled in a bpt course , but since you have given we'll take that into consideration only.

Your chances of making into government medical College for bpt in almost negligible as your marks a way to less for that. But if you qualify neet (depending upon the cut off of this year) private options will get open for you. First, to get admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy, NEET is not a necessary exam one has to go through. To get into Maharashtra college for the BPT course you need to score at least 50% marks in your boards in PCB and qualify for CET ( common entrance test ) with 120+ marks.

BPT is 4 years course program with 6 months of mandatory internship. Since you have mentioned your category OBC I guess you will be getting a seat with exactly 120 marks.

Being OBC and scoring 120 Marks in NEET doesn't make you eligible for even B.PT .

Here is the list of Government Physiotherapy Colleges in Maharashtra :-

1. GSMC Mumbai - Seth GS Medical College
2. LTMMC Mumbai - Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College
3. TNMC Mumbai - Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital
4. Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur

If you want to pursue BPT , you have to get All India Rank of around 2 Lakh (OBC Category) .

Better for you is that you start preparing for NEET 2023 . You will get a chance to score more if you study with more practice and clears your all concepts.
