Taking into account your JEE Mains and board exams performance and cosidering that your category is OBC, you might be able to get admission in SASTRA, but only in oe of the less preferred courses as the marks are too less for the top ones.
Some additional information about JEE Mains:
JEE Mains is an annual exam that is conducted by the National Testing Agency and the CBSE for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other institutes. It also serves as the first stage for admission to IITs through JEE Advanced.
EWS is a new category that has been created by the MHRD for economically weaker sections. 10% seats will be reserved for those candidates whose annual family income is less than INR 8 lakh per annum.
As for your question, considering your peercentile, you won't be able to get CSE in SASTRA but should be able to get other less preferred branches.
