There are chances in between. If you are from general category and outside state resident then no chance of getting any college. If you fall into any category then there are some chances but the colleges under that won't be much good.

Shahkar as far as I can see with your 15 marks in WBJEE exam your overall rank in the general category must be around 50,000 which is not at all good enough to take admission in any of the good colleges. You might get admission in some of the private colleges but they themselves would not be good enough but still, you can go through the link mentioned below and check out the colleges where you might have a chance to get admission:
