AIIMS medical College cut off marks are usually higher than the normal govt medical College. At this time it's very hard to tell about your exact chances as results are yet to be declared.

AIIMS, nagpur cut off marks for ST category in NEET UG 2021 was AIR 42764 (approximately 555+ marks) in first round of counseling . Further round also cut off marks remains almost same.

So as if we compare you are on border line and it will be more clear once the NEET result is declared.

Although if you don't get AIIMS, nagpur you have good chances of getting admission in some other AIIMS medical College.

According to the previous year's cut off trends candidates from OBC/SC/ST category required minimum 40-45th percentile to qualify for admission in MBBS in government collegse.
