Hey! Hi Jhuma Paul.
Well, with the above mentioned percentile, your predicted rank as per Careers360 rank Predictor would lie around 4,00,000 and with this rank, you cannot get any Government College if you are a General Category Student.
I advise you to study hard for the upcoming April Attempt of JEE MAIN 2019 and try to maximize your score so that you can get into good College.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks.
Regards.

Hello,
No you can not expect admission in government colleges based on your percentile of jee mains unless and until you are a student of SC or ST category.
But you definitely can get admission in private colleges like GIET,NIST,etc. You should practice hard to score high marks in the 2nd attempt of the jee mains.
Good luck.
