As you are in general category. You did not cleared the cutoff percentile.

Also for government colleges you need minimum 95plus percentile.

So with your percentile in jee main you cannot get any government college, but you Can try for private colleges.

Also you can try from other exams but through JEE MAIN You won't stand a chance as the minimum criteria for eligibility to appear for counseling for government college, you must clear JEE MAIN .
