With a score of 565, you might not get a seat in GMC in Bihar. The cut offs are a little over 570 for OBC Category in Bihar. To get a government college one must score above 525 marks. As your NEET score is 565. And also you have OBC quota. Your Overall Percentile is:  98.51 - 99.01 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is: 17900 - 20050.  Also depends upon last years cut-off. Adding it with 15% All India quota  and 85% state quota seats in government colleges. So you have decent chances . For OBC category there comes 27% seat reservation.
