can I get any nit or iiit at 108 marks in jee 2020 4 September second shift with general ews

With this much marks you can not expect to get seat at top nits but yeah you may get the seat in lower nits,that too in last counselling. Career 360 college predictor will give you more information. I have attached the link below..

Hi there,
Since your marks is very low for general category hence with this score your percentile would be around 90-91.or maybe lesser.
Hence you can not get into any NIT or IIIT.
