There might be the chances that you get NIT college. First of all you need to calculate your rank through percentile you have mentioned. Every year the cut-offs of various NITs  changes so based on previous year's cut-off ranks your rank should be b/w 2200 to 10000 for obc category so the chances are well. Moreover there is 27% reservation quota for obc candidate so the chances are well. Keep trying in all rounds for counselling. Hope you find it useful.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits or iiits.

Top nits and iiits share high cutoff to get admission into it so with 93.3 percentile you cannot get admission into good nits.
Though you might get seats in lower nits such as northeast nits but definitely there too not with your desired branch.

Either you take part in any other councelling or you can take a year drop to prepare for jee 2020.

As per your perncentile score in JEE Mains 2019, you might be able to fetch a good branch in a NIT. Your percentile score is much higher than the cut-off percentile for OBC-NCL category. If you woul've mentioned the rank in the question itself, I could've told you the options, but no need to worry.
