Hello Sneha!

It is very tough to get seat with only 70 percentile in any NIT/IIIT.

You can wait till the spot round. Let's see if CSAB spot counselling is conducted this year or not. If it is being conducted then may you will get some lower NIT with lower branch.

I'll suggest you to take part in local counselling of GFTIs conducted at University level. There at least you may get a good branch.
